  3. Feedback from initial draft Feedback on this initial draft were constructive and positive for the overall effort. Some of the comments for consideration in the final draft: • When reporting demographics, is the understanding of the material better represented in percentage of the population, rate per 100,000, or is both preferred.

  4. Feedback from initial draft • Clarity in graph represented information • Better graph placement • More specific recommendations for reaching the homebound population • More specific information about unidentified populations(Native American population) • Additional section added to include some of the outreach being done in communities • Minor grammatical editing for consistency and clarity

  5. Annual Report • Draft Data Report- include in entirety or a subset? • Which graphs should be in the pullout? • Operational definitions for Suicide and Suicide Attempt that we agreed to will be included. • Anything else substantial for this year?
