  • The presenter must give of himself his beliefs, his knowledge, his insights, his energy, his speech & language skills, his sensitivity to and regardfor others
  • In return his listeners give, in approximately the same degree, their attention, interest, and generosity of response.
  • It is, quite simply, an exchange of gifts.
