  3. LOG 235 Course Description • Performance Based Logistics, DL portion, provides a dynamic, real time, learning environment oriented toward developing a range of logistics competencies. It challenges the student to review current policy and demonstrate an understanding of how early integration of performance-based support concepts into the system development process leads to achievement of DoD’s logistics goals. It is intended for mid-level logistics professionals needing skills required to excel in today’s demanding and dynamic product support environment • LCL Level II Certification Online Course • Number of Lessons/Hours: 17 lessons / 50 hours / Distance Learning – 60 Day period • Target Attendees • LOG 235 is for military officers, O-3 and above; civilians, GS-9 and above; and industry equivalents who are Level I certified in Life Cycle Logistics. Students should have 2 to 4 years of acquisition and/or logistics experience. • Prerequisite(s) • LOG 235 has no required prerequisite courses. Students are expected to have life cycle logistics experience and to be currently assigned, or expected to be assigned in the near future, to a life cycle logistics position.
