  1. Bryan’s HOPE We are a concerned group of citizens coming together to provide HOPE and EDUCATION in the battle against HEROIN AND OPIATE ADDICTION 248-410-4163; 3720 Elizabeth Lake Rd. Waterford, MI 48328 Dear Sir/Ma’am, This letter is to inform/remind you of a prevalent opiate and heroin problem that is devastating our community. Also, we are offering a way you can help Bryan’s HOPE bring awareness and make changes to get these drugs off of our neighborhood streets. Opioid addiction has a new face; it is not how it used to be. Right now, it is more prevalent on your neighborhood streets than you may like to believe. It does not discriminate based on social status, age, or address. Our neighbors and neighbor’s children are falling victim to the destructive, and often deadly, effects of heroin and other opiates. Unfortunately, the stigma of the opiate addict is so shameful that it has been a skeleton in many closets….until now. Bryan’s HOPE is bringing it out in the open. We are working with Waterford’s Township Council, Schools, Police Department and Judge Jodi Debbrecht-Switalski to raise awareness, start much needed programs within our schools and community, and change the laws to help save the lives of our youths. Although our mission is supported by these community officials, we are in need of fundraising activities to sustain the costs of our non-profit organization. Bryan’s HOPE is asking local businesses to sponsor our first fundraising activity at 300 Bowl on February 9th at 1 pm. There are two donation levels to choose from: Multiple forms of advertisement of your business at the fundraiser for a minimum of $15 Donation items for our silent auction that day (minimum of $25 value please). If you are interested, please fill out the bottom portion of this letter with your information and provide our representative with your donation. Thank you in advance for helping our community in this very just cause.
