20. TRACECACivil Aviation II Project • 2012-2015 - Successor Project • The European Commission has launched a new TRACECA Transport project on Civil Aviation • This new 3 years project will start immediately at the end of the present project (no gap) • Safety will be dealt with separately, in EASA led project • Market access is added to the new scope, in view of extending European acquis and ECAA Project Closing Meeting – Brussels – 20-21 Dec. 2011

21. TRACECACivil Aviation Project • Final comments • The Project is finishing, all contractual obligations fulfilled, at Beneficiaries’ satisfaction • Tangible effects were identified in a panel of Beneficiary countries. Will be detailed in today’s afternoon session • Some actions in Safety are to be continued (CAPs for ICAO & EASA).
