Description: create an environment where our target audience turns into AFCEA members and are then retained for the length of their service in our geo-market. • Major Activities: • Create a sign-up a member program • Have sponsors for new recruits • Support capture in the Chapter Newsletter • Participate in socials • Develop marketing material for Industry and Armed Forces outreach • Supporting Chapter Objectives(s): • Retain at least 90% of our current chapter members who remain in our geographic area as AFCEA members in good standing. • Recognize activities, awards, and volunteers of members to promote member cohesiveness. • Focus our recruitment on key target audiences such as new Young AFCEANs and Enlisted members.
