  1. Jamestown Jamestown is a fairly new civilization, having only been found 11 years ago, in 2020.

  2. People Jamestown has a growing population of around 12,000. This is a steady number because of the advanced medical technology. Antibiotics are cheap and available to everyone. Also, cures for terrible diseases such as cancer and diabetes have been found. Jamestown has three main districts. Downtown, West 'J-Town', and East 'J-Town'. All of the districts have their own community centre, although Downtown has the largest.

  3. Architecture Jamestown is a very modern city. Many of the buildings are made of glass, and have a modern feel to them. There is, however, one monument called the Yu Tower which is known nation wide. The tower was built by DÃ wei Yu in 1984 when the community was called ‘Fort Nelson’.

  4. Language Most of the James’ speak English. 95%, in fact. The other 5% are French-speaking. Hello, I speak English. Bonjour, Je parle Français.

  5. Administering Territories In Jamestown, there is a government governing all three districts. The government building is located Downtown. Because it is a modern city, the government relies mostly on the internet. For example, paying taxes and completing census’ are done on the internet. Also, there are no physical newspapers, as they are all online. Although, driving a car and going out for dinner is very common. There are roads, just like in Vancouver nowadays.

  6. Labour Jamestown has many stores and businesses. Citizens drive to and from work, and some take the public transit system, the magnetic trains. This is only half of the people. The other half work at home on their computers, working for an online business, such as an advertisement agency. Anybody can start an online, or non-online business, as long as the have a licence.

  7. Social Classes • Jamestown is a very fair place. There are only three ranks. Mayor, citizen, and child. The mayor has power to do almost anything he pleases, without laws. Citizens have fair laws such as, no shoplifting, no murdering, and no public contamination (littering, spitting, etc.). All of the same laws apply to children, however, similar to today’s culture, parents have say over what and what doesn’t go.

  8. Development • Jamestown was found in 2020 by Michael O’Neill. In 2019, Vancouver was hit hard by an earthquake. Michael started his own civilization in northeastern BC. All of the Vancouver survivors moved to Jamestown.

  9. Collapse • Jamestown is currently (2031) at a stable economic state. In the 11 years of its existence, Jamestown has never collapsed. It did, however, have a slow start, taking 2 years to begin thriving.
