Statewide Academic Program Inventory • Challenges to be addressed: • FCS and ICUF do not maintain a central program inventory based upon program approval • Branch campus programs are not easily identified for FCS, ICUF, and SUS in most cases • Program information collection varies somewhat by sector • Degree granted data is typically aggregated and reported only for main campus, with some exceptions • County location is a key data element for aligning with established geographic regions • Most SUS and ICUF institutions enroll students statewide at the baccalaureate level and above

Statewide Academic Program Inventory • Prototype Program Inventory: • Limited to baccalaureate level Education because it is common across all four sectors • Program information is not verified for all sectors • Cannot be sorted by branch campus • Degree granted data is not included • EFI Regions shown as an example of how program data can be aggregated and displayed by geographic area • County data will allow sorting by WFI and other geographic regions • Excel rather than database format
