D. said... it is really hard to determine who owns what on the internet, because if we share it willingly then it can be owned by anyone even though the person who created it wants the rights, but we can own information on the web i mean doesnt the college pay thousands for us to have databases and information October 8, 2009 9:32 AM D. Artists should be entilted to get some money for their work. its not just music that needs to be recoginized, i remember the case with the baracobama picture that is blue and red. the guy that edited that picture wound up being turned against because he wasnt the owner of the picture that he editited and made money from it. with the web being out there and everything that is on it it may be hard to tell what has its origins are.
