  4. Fiber Provides energy Part of all plant food Promotes regularity Prevents constipation Important for children Get from: -grain, fruit, vegetables, etc… How much you need: Years: -Kids 1 to 3 (19g) -Kids 4 to 8 (25g) -Boy 9 to 13 (31g) -Girl 9 to 13 (26g)
