  3. FGDC Metadata • Using arcgis 9.3 or some other FGDC editor (metavist, npseditor, etc…) • You can still run thru the esri2eml2.1 stylesheet • Still need to customize for your site • Follow some best practices (EML more restrictive)

  4. Stylesheet Customization • Demo • Site info • Legal/data access policies, etc • May be others, document as we run more examples • How to find errors before you parse. • Parse using ecoinformatics parser • Solving errors • Send problems/errors to Indigo and Theresa, we can try and resolve.

  5. Recommendations to EML Dev • Raster/vector tags for eml would have distribution information for download here or in the main distribution tag? • Other question? What about the other distribution tag? Where do we do this? (for a web service, for example… • If 2, first would need to be data, 2ndweb service.
