  7. CCIR’s • Any occurrences of persons consuming alcoholic beverages in the barracks; alcohol paraphernalia being found in the barracks area, having heard rumors of such occurrences or having first hand knowledge of such occurrences. • Any one who participates in underage drinking ( the person drinking and/or the person supplying the alcohol) • Death, serious injury or injury of an PS soldier, Reserve Augmentees or Permanent Party Personnel • All psychological issues to include suicide ideations, gestures or attempts and unit watch soldiers/issues • Any hospitalization or admissions to the hospital for illnesses, emergencies or surgical procedures (including hot and cold weather injuries) • Red Cross messages needing 1SG and/or Commander attention including, health and welfare, notification and emergency leave situations • Any incident (fight, brawl, etc) in which MP’s are called or involved (except routine security checks) • AWOL risks and issues • Permanent Party or Reserve Augmentee misconduct involving IET/PS soldiers or having an affect on their ability to perform duties • Permanent Party or Reserve Augmentee misconduct involving IET/PS soldiers or having an affect on their ability to perform duties- not related to misconduct • Loss of critical life support for PS or Permanent Party soldiers • Loss of transportation assets that impact the Battalion Mission Failure to notify the chain of command concerning any of the afore mentioned CCIRs, will subject you to the Uniformed Code of Military Justice, NO EXCEPTIONS!!! FLW REG 350-13, Trainee Conduct(1 of 2) • Prior Service Soldiers will not engage in any nonprofessional personal or social relationship with any FLW personnel on or off FLW • Prior Service Soldiers will not engage in any sexual activity with trainees. • Prior Service Soldiers are prohibited from storing any alcoholic beverage on the Reception Battalion premises. • Prior Service Soldiers are prohibited from the use of drugs, legal and illegal, prescription and non-prescription, vitamins and nutritional supplements not prescribed to them by medical personnel, unless approved by the unit commander. • Prior Service Soldiers are prohibited from the storing, carrying, or having access to weapons or pyrotechnics of any type not issued to them for the purpose of training.

FLW REG 350-13, Trainee Conduct(2 of 2) • Prior Service Soldiers are prohibited from sexually harassing any trainee, FLW personnel, or civilian, whether on or off the installation. • Prior Service Soldiers are prohibited from entering into the sleeping area or latrine of a soldier of the opposite sex unless required in the performance of official duties, and then only when accompanied by their battle buddy. • Prior Service Soldiers are prohibited from bringing their privately owned motor vehicles to Fort Leonard Wood unless on orders. • Prior Service Soldiers may not depart the boundaries of Fort Leonard Wood without specific chain of command approval and signing out at the CQ desk.

FLW REG 350-13, Policies and Administration(2 of 2) • Prior Service Personnel are prohibited from sexually harassing any trainee, FLW personnel, or civilian, whether on or off the installation. • Prior Service Personnel are prohibited from entering into the sleeping area or latrine of a soldier of the opposite sex unless required in the performance of official duties, and then only when accompanied by another soldier. • Prior Service Personnel are not authorized privately owned motor vehicle (POV) unless the POV authorization is stated in his/her orders. • Prior Service Personnel may not depart the boundaries of Fort Leonard Wood without specific chain of command approval and signing out at the CQ desks on weekends.

Standards of Conduct • Accountability • Weekdays – 1700-2300 (Sunday thru Thursday) • Weekends - 0900-0200 (Friday and Saturday) • Security – Doors will be locked, alarms will be activated at 2100 weekly and 2300 on weekends • Barracks MGMT SOP • Duty hours/requirements/duty roster. • If you smoke make sure you are aware of the designated smoking areas. • No food in barracks.

Standards of Conduct • Comply with: • Policies • Regulations • Lawful Orders • Wear your uniform correctly and proudly • Keep your areas ready for inspection at all times • Be where you’re supposed to be at the right time and in the right uniform • Be professional at all times– on and off duty • Follow the 7 Army values and the Warrior Ethos

The Role of the IG MISSION : Provide assistance on an area basis to commanders, soldiers, family members, civilian employees, retirees, and others who seek help with problems related to the US Army. FUNCTIONS : • Provide assistance to resolve problems. • Refer matters to the appropriate agency (redress procedures). • Refer the case to the chain of command. • Conduct research and analysis, as necessary, to address root cause or systemic issues. Prohibited Items: Drugs Alcohol Weapons Pornography Alcohol in Barracks Racist Materials Animals/ Pets Prohibited Practices: Gambling Soliciting/ Purchasing Unauthorized items Harassment or Abusive Language Sleeping in Class/ Training Wearing Headphones while Performing Duties Unsafe Acts Going off-post in duty vans without authorizations Going to any commercial establishments in duty vans Company Policies Off Limits Areas and Prohibited Items/ Practices(1 of 2)

Prohibited Areas/ Activities: Any IET barracks Off- post Establishments Daisy Health Spa Hotels right outside FT Leonard Wood Big Louie’s High Risk Areas Twilight McDonald’s parking lot Budget Inn Soldiers of age (21) may purchase and consume alcohol Alcohol must be consumed at establishments where purchase and consumption are both authorized Company Policies Off Limits Areas and Prohibited Items/ Practices(2 of 2)

  19. Company Policies Pass Privileges • Definitions: • Off-Post Day Pass: Weekends & Training Holidays; Remain within 75 miles of installation and return NLT 2200 or 30 minutes prior to formation • Off-Post Pass: Weekends & Training Holidays; Remain within 150 miles of post; overnights may be authorized • Special Passes: Authorized only by commander; will not be granted more than once per month • Family Passes: Authorized only by commander; will not be granted more than once per month • Reasons for disapproval
