Optimizing GA3 for Seed Germination in Different Arabidopsis Mutants

This study investigates the effect of different concentrations of gibberellic acid (GA3) on seed germination in Arabidopsis thaliana mutants. Through a series of experiments, we aim to determine the optimal GA3 concentration for seed germination in wild type Ler, ga1-3, sly1-2, sly1-10 mutants. The results show varying germination percentages across different concentrations of GA3, shedding light on the role of GA3 in seed germination and its interaction with mutants. This research provides valuable insights into the regulatory mechanisms of GA3 in plant development and seed germination.
