Investigation of FOXO3a and FOXM1 Interactions in VEGF Regulation

This study explores the regulatory role of FOXO3a and FOXM1 in the context of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF). Using ChIP and biotin assays, we analyzed the effects of FOXO3a overexpression on mutations in VEGF promoter regions. The experiments included various input conditions (1/5 concentrations of pCMV-FOXO3a and pCDNA3-FOXM1). Results were validated through IgG inputs and signals were normalized to Tubulin. Data were compared across wild-type (WT) and mutant (mut) variants, shedding light on the transcriptional control of VEGF by FOXO3a and FOXM1.
