  9. 2010 Training Feedback I don’t have the time to be away from my desk all day. I need shorter training sessions. I don’t want to sit and listen to other people who have no idea what they’re doing ask a lot questions I already know the answer to. I just want to get in, take the test and get out. I want the convenience of being able to take training on my own time, and not have to show up and sit in a classroom.

  11. 2011 Training Team Feedback It’s frustrating seeing all of the knowledge and experience we’ve spent decades gathering just thrown away and ignored. I feel like we’re being tossed aside in favor of technology that has no personal touch, no way of adapting or interacting with students, and is a cheap replacement for human interaction. We weren’t even consulted about the recordings. There are mistakes in most of them, and some are just plain wrong!
