  2. Main Objective To focus on building relationships with disaster agencies in each member country to help to ensure that there is preparedness and coordination with operators in the event of a disaster.

  3. Developing a Mutual Assistance Plan • Coordinated the deployment of Cuban team to assist Grenada after the passing of Hurricane Ivan • Coordinated a Business Continuity Training program in Grenada

  4. Additional training programs for members • Business Continuity Planning (BCP) Workshop • Joint Disaster Preparedness Conference with Institute for Business Continuity Training (IBCT)
