  2. When do we use it? • – when something occurs more than once in the past • – a continual action that is no longer happening…. • - habitual actions in the past

  3. Ejemplos • Imperfecto: • When I was five, I liked to skip rope. • Cuando tenía cinco años, me gustaba saltar la cuerda.

  4. ¿Cómo se forma el imperfecto?(=used to do something) • Verbos que terminan: ar = aba • Hablar • Hablaba hablábamos • Hablabas hablabais • Hablaba hablaban • Generalmente, Ana hablaba en clase, cantaba en el autobús, y bailaba en el centro estudiantíl.
