  4. Scenario #9 Leave Lake Bonavista Elementary and Nickle Junior High school alone for the short-term. Move Regular program students from Sam Livingston Elementary to Andrew Sibbald Elementary as follows: Kindergarten - Grade 2 for September 2006. Grades 3 & 4 in September 2007 Grades 5 & 6 in September 2008.
