  3. Rainfall Patterns: Last 7 Days Below-average rainfall has been observed over eastern Mexico during the past week.

  4. Rainfall Patterns: Last 30 Days Rainfall accumulations over the past 30 days are near-average across the western Mexico and southwestern U.S., and slightly below-average over the eastern part of Mexico.

  6. NCEP/GFS Forecast Rainfall forecasts call for above-average over the western and central Mexico and near-average over southwestern US during the next two weeks.
