  5. Questions for discussion I. • How could the preparation of the meetings be improved? What can be done to improve the clarity of the objectives of the agenda items and the papers? • What can be improved during meetings? How could the discussion time be better allocated? • What can be done differently after the meeting? What should be changed concerning the minutes to improve the current situation?

  6. Questions for discussion II. • How can the feedback from the Working Groups to the DIME/ITDG be improved? • What can be done to improve the efficiency of the heterogeneous Working Group on Standards? How video- and audio-conferencing, web-based discussions and written procedures for consultations and decisions could facilitate its work? • What can be done to increase members' value of the IT Working Group, including with regard to discussions taking place at the ITDG?

  7. Questions for decisions • For all groups under layer 3, not all Member States are being represented. Do you wish to leave/join any specific Task Force, Expert Group or User Group? • Do you agree to merge the TF SDMX tools with the SERV Task Force into a single Expert Group on Shared Tools and Services that shall have a permanent nature? If so, this decision shall be operational from January 2019.
