Attendance requirements • Students are required to attend at least 70% of the classes in each course. • Students with insufficient attendance may not be allowed to sit for the final examination. • Your teacher will take attendance in class. Students who are late for more than 15 minutes are counted as absent.

  7. Course Retake • For any failed “Core/Concentration” course, you have to retake the same course. • For any failed “elective” course, you have to retake the same course or other course. • You are required to pay extra $$$for each retake.

  12. AP • Academic Probation • CGPA < 1.67 • One or two courses will be cut from the coming term. • For two consecutive terms with AP, you will be put on DS

  13. DS • Discontinuation of Studies • The student will normally be required to discontinue his/her studies.

  14. Graduation Requirements • Satisfactory attendance • Pass all 20 courses,plus LEAP course; and • Cumulative GPA (CGPA) >= 1.67 (i.e. not on AP or DS); and

  15. Graduate Certificates Distinction CGPA >= 3.5 Credit 3.0 <= CGPA < 3.5 Pass 1.67 <= CGPA < 3.0 1.67
