LEAVER CODES FORSPPI-14 • SPPI-14 data will be collected for students who were identified as having received special education services in the prior year’s PEIMS Summer Submission and who are reported as leavers in the current year’s PEIMS FallSubmission. • Leaver Codes that will be collected for SPPI-14include: • 01Graduated, • 24 Withdrew to enroll in college to pursue associate’s or bachelor’sdegree, • 88 Court ordered to a GED program, has not earned GED, • 90 Graduated from another state under provisions of the Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children,or • 98Other. 7

  3. SPPI-14 COLLECTIONTIMELINE • The SPPI-14 collection will remain open in TSDS until February 20, 2020 (the third Thursday inFebruary). • The SPPI-14 collection is due to TEA on the third Thursday in February. Third Thursday inFebruary 8

  4. SPPI-14 PROGRAMINFORMATION • The Texas Student Data System will pull data that was submitted on the prior year’s accepted PEIMS Summer Submission. • LEAs will submit leaver information on their PEIMS Fall Submission. • LEAs will submit student/parent contact information for SPPI- 14 through the TSDSCollection.
