This is done only after a potential candidate has been through a thorough technical evaluation. Step 3. Technical Evaluation– RSI evaluates candidates technical abilities by using online testing systems as needed utilizing multiple/appropriate resources.

Automotive Experience Ford Motor Company - Apprentice Administration SystemFord wanted a completely web enabled, integrated application that would track the entire process of any Ford employee, at any Ford plant, going from an apprentice to a Journeyman. The Ford Apprenticeship  Tracking  Project is  a  web-enabled  application that interfaces with Ford’s LDAP security system. It has been designed and built for the specific tracking process in which Ford  utilizes in tracking every Ford apprentice, nation-wide through their four year  apprentice training program, which upon completion allows a Ford apprentice to become a Ford Journeyman. Currently there are three modules to the application - Waitlist Administration- Active Apprentice Administration- Archived Records The application was built with Java, ASP, Java Servlets, HTML and will interface with the LDAP Ford security systems and the data will be housed in a Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 database. .

Ramsoft developed a system that: • Maintained the class schedules- Maintained instructor/teachers experience letters, educational background,credentials- Maintained the availability of the teacher- Maintained any other conflicting schedules- Tracked by instructor, by class, by seniority of the instructor etc.- Generated the time and billing information • Ford Motor Company – Touch Tone Registration System • The project Ford Motor Company required entailed designing, developing and launching a new Touch Tone Registration System and Voice Response Unit, which supports more than 250,000 employees and suppliers of Ford Motor Company • - The voice response system was developed for the customer’s interface- This system enables callers to enroll, cancel, and listen to the training program- The System boxed the confirmation letter of the callers activity to the fax # provided at the time- The System bills to the appropriate department- The System scrutinized the class eligibility and pre-requisite eligibility and several other functionalities.
