  5. Attachment K • OG&E revised the OG&E OATT to include Local Planning details in Attachment K in Fall 2007. • OG&E OATT in place only for pre-existing transmission service, as OG&E OATT is closed to new transmission service. • Revised OG&E OATT located on OG&E OASIS site.

  6. The OG&E Planning Cycle and Process • OG&E runs internal contingency studies in May. • In May, OG&E will post on its OASIS website a draft “Transmission Expansion Plan,” a forward-looking document that outlines transmission projects being considered in the next 5 years. • In June, OG&E will hold a Planning Summit for all interested parties to discuss the draft Transmission Expansion Plan. • Interested parties will then have until July to submit written comments to OG&E concerning the draft. • By August of each year, OG&E will post on its OASIS website a final Transmission Expansion Plan.
