Action item from March BOD meeting Initial staff recommendation unanimously supported by TEPPC (full memo in packet) Highlights in memo… Recommendation: TEPPC should continue to report to BOD, maintaining current structure Several key drivers: Oversight, relevance, accountability, responsiveness, membership Alternatives considered: Report to PCC, become a Standing Committee TEPPC Reporting Recommendation

Of interest to PCC… • Coal retirement studies in 2014 Study Program – Unclear how this will line up with other WECC work on 111(d) • TEPPC case request to TSS – DG focus • Intra-hour datasets – New dataset • WECC Flexibility Assessment – Similar to this study, but not just CA. TEPPC one of many stakeholders.
