  1. UPGRADING FROM INJECTOR TO PRESSURE SANDBLASTING SYSTEM UPGRADING FROM INJECTOR TO PRESSURE SANDBLASTING WHY DO WE RECOMEND UPGRADING TO PRESSURE SANDBLASTNG SYSTEM? Pressure sandblasting system is up to SIX times faster and more efficient than injector system. It is necessary when we have an increase in demand for sandblasting and the work has to be done faster. Usually our costumer starts with injector sandblasting system. That is very good starting point for smaller works, but as soon as demand for sandblasting increases, the costumers wants to increase speed and efficiency of their system. For that we have a very simple solution: Pressure sandblasting system. It can be upgraded from injector system with a pressure pot and a few modifications in just couple of minutes. 2. UPGRADING FROM INJECTOR TO PRESSURE SANDBLASTING We have upgraded existing injector cabinet BLAST 3 with pressure sandblasting system. Sandblasting cabinet FerroECOBlast BLAST3 Softline is installed in NIS GAS company from Novi Sad – Serbia. 2

  3. UPGRADING FROM INJECTOR TO PRESSURE SANDBLASTING Most of the sandblasted objects in NIS GAS company are pipes and valves. 3

  4. UPGRADING FROM INJECTOR TO PRESSURE SANDBLASTING It takes up to 6 minutes of sandblasting to finish 1 valve with injector sandblasting system. 4 With the same nozzle we sandblasted 1 valve in less than 1 minute using pressure sandblasting system.

  5. UPGRADING FROM INJECTOR TO PRESSURE SANDBLASTING CYCLONE PRESSURE POT TZP 33 SX Pressure pot TZP 33 SX is installed under cyclone and is automatically filled with abrasive material. Mr. Novaković, from NIPEK company in Belgrade is the one “responsible” for the upgrade. 5

  6. UPGRADING FROM INJECTOR TO PRESSURE SANDBLASTING After successful upgrade and trial run, chief service engineer from FerroČrtalič d.o.o. Mr. Jernej Črtalič gives practical directions and instructions for useofpressure sandblasting system. Everyone is looking forward to the next meeting with satisfaction after job well done.
