  7. What does this mean? • Key Area I and Key Area II are the lowest tied at 14 points that make this a Developing Tech • Key Area III and Key Area IV are the highest with 17 and 21 points. Advanced Tech and Target Tech respectfully.

  8. And, what does this mean still? • We have the technology in hardware and physically present. • We have an administration that is supporting technology. • SOOOOoooo….
