  2. State the Problem • What kind of chocolate do I have?

  3. Formulate the Hypothesis • I think my chocolate is coconut or mint.

  4. Identify and Control the Variables • Variable=my piece of candy • Controls=look , smell, cant taste, touch it.

  5. Test Your Hypothesis • Break it open and smell it, to find out what my candy is.

  6. Collect Your Data • Color=Dark purple, sticky , smells weird , very stringy.

  7. Interpret Your Data • I think it is raspberry chocolate because it smells like raspberry and looks like raspberry chocolate because it smells like raspberry and looks like raspberry.

  8. State Your Conclusion • I think my piece of candy is raspberry.
