  4. Mengatur File dan Folder • Membuat Folder • Menghapus Folder ataupun File • Mengganti Nama Folder ataupun File • Recycle Bin • Membersihkan Recycle Bin • Menyalin File atau Memindahkan Data File • Mengompresi file dan folder

  5. Membuat Folder Baru

  6. Menghapus Folder ataupun File Klik folder ataupun file yang akan dihapus Tekan keyboard Delete, hingga muncul kotak log Klik Yes untuk menghapus

  7. Mengganti Nama File Atau Folder Klik kanan, Pilih Rename Pilih File Ketik file/folder baru di kotak isian Lalu tekan Enter, pada keyboard

  8. Recycle Bin( Tempat Sampah)

  9. Membersihkan Recycle Bin Klik kanan, pilih Empty Recycle Bin Pilih icon Recycle Bin pada panel Folder Setelah muncul kotak log, klik Yes

  10. Pilih tempat untuk menempatkan hasil, klik kanan Pilih Paste, tunggu sampai proses selesai maka file telah tersalin

  11. Menyalin atau Memindahkan Data File Klik Cut untuk memindahkan File Pilih file atau folder, klik kanan Klik Copy untuk menyalin File/folder

  12. MembatalkanPenghapusan Pilih icon Recyle Bin Pilih foder yang akan di batalkan penghapusannya Selanjutnya, klik kanan pilih Restore

  13. Mem-Backup File Atau Folder kedalam CD/DVD Lakukanprosedurpenyalinan file daritempatasal CD/DVD berada Cari folder atau media penyimpanantempat data berada Lalu, pilihburn to disc ikutilangkah-langkah yang terterapadalayar, janganlupasiapkan media optiknya (CD-R atau DVD-R)

  14. Cara mengompresi file dan folder: Pilih menu Send To, lalu pilih compressed (zipped) folder Cari folder atau media penyimpanan tempat data berada Klik kanan data yang ingin di kompres Tunggu sampai kompresi selesaiBerikan nama untuk file kompresi tersebut
