  • 本篇研究在尋求一個可以使用田口方法,而達到某程度的目標,並在減少變異的條件之下,使用反應曲面方法的架構,來獲得一個平均的目標情況。
  • 本篇在觀測平均值反應曲面和變異數反應曲面影響的反應。

  • 田口方法的要點在根據穩健性的觀念,發展出穩健設計的基礎,並控制雜音因子,以建立產品製程之設計,並使產品品質遠離不可控制因子的影響。

雙反應曲面和田口相較之下,有以下的優點:
  • 1.實驗設計:其組合表比田口方法的直交表更經濟,解析度也較均勻分布。
  • 2.模型建構:雙反應曲面法將品質因子的變異和平均值分開處理,對問題有較清晰的掌握。
  • 3.參數優化:雙反應曲面法將品質因子的變異和平均值分別建立模型,例如:可建立最小化品質因子的平均值,並限制品質因子的變異小於某一限制值,對品質設計問題的需求之表達能力較佳。
