  2. Neck pain is a common problem faced by people of all ages. Stress, bad posture, pulling a muscle and whiplash are common causes of neck pain.

  3. Neck pain can be decreased or eliminated with muscle stretching exercises. Neck exercises also build strength, and prevent future neck issues.

  4. Neck Stretch • Move your chin forward so your throat is stretched. • Hold for 5 seconds. • Then lean your head backwards so your chin points upward. • Hold the stretch for 5 seconds. • Repeat five times.

  5. Neck Turn • Turn your head, keeping your chin level and hold for 5 seconds. • Repeat on the other side. • Do five repetitions.

  6. Neck Tilt • Rest your chin on your chest by tilting your head down. • Hold for 5 seconds. • Return to normal position and repeat five times. • Tilt your head sidewise towards your shoulder and hold for 5 seconds. • Repeat on the opposite site. • Do five repetitions.
