Nitu Alexandra Georgiana Colegiul Agricol Dr.C.Angelescu Principalele mele obiective pentru funcia de Director a departamentului Concursuri scolare si extrascolare. 1.Crearea de activitati extrascolare cu scopul de a evidentia si de a dezvolta abilitatile elevilor. 2.Crearea de noi metode pentru a stimula rezultatele scolare bune sau foarte bune ale elevilor . 3.Trezirea interesului pentru scoala a elevilor si fortificarea relatiilor dintre cadrele didactice,C.S.E,C.J.E si elevii. 4.Schimburile de experienta care sa se realizeze intre licee sau alte institutii de invatamant din judet sau sin alte judete.
