Lower Norfork Dam Project: Enhancing Conservation in Baxter County, Arkansas

The Lower Norfork Dam Project, initiated by the Baxter County Conservation District and supported by the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission and the EPA under the Clean Water Act, aims to promote effective conservation practices on 21,750 acres of pasture land.
