  2. Ballroom Dancers Fine Arts Program rated Recognized Students at Hudson Elementary have the opportunity to participate in various activities during and after school in activities such as choir, band, ballroom dancing, and D.I team. Hudson Elementary

  3. Running Team Wellness and Physical Education Programs rated Exemplary The Hudson Elementary students, teachers, and parents participated in many activities throughout the school year including various runs, Red Ribbon Week, school health index, and the campus health screening. Hudson Elementary

  4. Community and Parental Involvement rated Acceptable Parents participated in weekly meetings with our parent liaison. Hudson stakeholders participated in the Thanksgiving Canned Food Drive, Christmas Toy Drive, and the Swearing in of officers for Hudsonville. Hudson Elementary

  5. 21st Century Workforce Development rated Acceptable At Hudson Elementary every Thursday is University Day; in which everyone is encouraged to wear their favorite university shirt. We also participated and supported the district College Day by wearing our college shirt. Hudson Elementary

  6. Dropout Prevention Strategies rated Recognized Hudson Elementary has a high student attendance rate and a low percentage or student retention. Our school offers a full day Pre-Kinder program, after school and Saturday tutorials, and Summer School for students who need it. Students use the following software to enhance their learning: Living with Science, Think Through Math, Istation. Hudson Elementary

Charro Day Parade Second Language Acquisition Program Recognized The ELL students at Hudson Elementary received various cultural awareness experiences such as the Charro, Story Characters, and Veteran Day Parades. The students create a writing portfolio and used the Mindplay computer software to assist in their English language development. Hudson Elementary

  8. Digital Learning Environment rated Recognized Hudson Elementary supports technology integration in the classroom and beyond. Our school website is frequently visited by all campus stakeholders. The use of email, school messenger, eSchoolPlus and Project Share allows for more timely and effective communication. Hudson Elementary

  9. D.I. Team in Tennessee Gifted and Talented Program rated Recognized At Hudson Elementary there is a high percentage of GT nominations. Most of our GT students participate in one or more of the following: Brainsville, Science Fair, Spelling Bee, UIL, Destination Imagination, and Chess. Hudson Elementary
