  1. Raw264.7 Low density cytokine array (n.d. indicates very low to undetectable expression) Quantitative RT-PCR analysis of 96 transcripts normalized to B2M after transfection of Raw264.7 cells with the LNA-antimiR or the LNA control. The cells were stimulated for 6 h with 100 ng/ml LPS. Values represent mean ±SD (n=5). Applied Biosystems 7900 Real-Time PCR instrument was used for amplification of the 96 transcripts included on the low density mouse immune array from Applied Biosystems. Supplementary Table S1 (Worm, Stenvang et al., 2009)
