  1. 中文五 F Block Course Objectives Students will: • Continue to learn to decode and read independently in Chinese characters. • Revisit and extend 听说读写 language skills and cultural understanding learned before, in the context of Dating, Renting an Apartment, Travel, At the Airport, New Semester, and Restaurant • Develop 听说读写language skills, analytical skill and cultural understanding in the context of: First Semester • 宿舍 • 买东西 • 选课 • Second Semester • 读报学中文 • Modern Chinese History • Women’s Role • Dream in Chinese
