  1. Here’s what to do if you can’t PRINT from a computer station: Step One: Make sure your document (Word Doc or PPT) is SAVED Step Two: Log in to AERIES

  2. Step 3: On the right-hand side of the AERIES home screen, you’ll see “My Backpack”…and “Upload a New File” • Click on “Upload a New File”

  3. Step 4: Click the BROWSE button in order to find the document you’re trying to upload.

  4. Step 5: Click on DOCUMENTS located under the “Libraries” category, and then double-click the document you want to upload. You may see your H: Drive folder with your name and need to look for the “My Documents” folder within. Otherwise, you’re checking the “My Documents” folder of the specific laptop being used.

  5. Step 6: After you’ve double-clicked your document, you’ll see it appear in the UPLOAD window. • Click UPLOAD

  6. Step 7: You can now close your UPLOAD window and you should see your file attached to your AERIES account Step 8: Go to a computer station that you know will PRINT (such as the sign-in station in the library), log on to AERIES, click on your document to open it, and PRINT.
