  2. If I want to be healthy… • If I want to be healthy I need to eat food from the 5 food groups like Cucumber Carrot Cherries • We need to eat Small portions a Day • If I want to be Sun Smart I need to put on Sunscreen, put on a hat, put on a Shirt • Wash your hands • Drink lots of water

  3. Audreys Breakfast Menu • Muesli with apricots and Sunflower seeds and Sultanas • Peanut Butter and honey toast • Fried Egg On bread with bacon • Milk

  4. Audrey’s Lunch Menu Snacks carrot cucumber Watermelon Drink Water Main Sandwich with ham and cheese.

  5. Audrey’s Dinner Menu • I eat for dinner Pasta Carbonara with peas, cream to make the sauce and bacon and chicken. • For dessert I would eat a fruit salad • Milk and water

  6. My Exercise Day • Each day I need to do 20 minutes of exercise • To achieve this I will do 10 star jumps then climb the climbing frame • Skipping On a Skipping rope • Jumping in a Circle • Yoga
