  3. Planning • A little bit can go a long way • Written directions makes it clear to all stakeholders

Web Account Issues • How will you distribute the account information? • Is parental signature required? • Do you have up-to-date email addresses for most parents? • When will you distribute the accounts? • Who will be distributing the accounts? • What username and password to use? (Harmony 2) • Process to generate web reg code (Harmony 3) • What process will you use for changing passwords and/or email addresses? ( Harmony 2) Individuals create their own in Harmony 3. • Who is entitled to receive the account information? (mother, father, parent without custodial rights?) • How do you identify the person requesting?

  5. Personnel Questions • What Harmony features are teachers required to use? (grade book, attendance, discipline, lesson plan, communication with parents, etc.) • Special Education teachers/Instructional aides • How often are they required to use them? • Who is monitoring/enforcing the policy? • What and how training is provided? • Who may contact Harmony support directly? • Who has rights to do what within Harmony? • Who will serve as primary contact for parents?

  6. MidTerm Graduates • The Indiana DOE has determined that MidTerm graduates have to be reported at semester break. They are not to be counted on the February membership report. • They can not be “active” in Harmony. • What is your board policy? • Honor roll and Class rank • Honor roll and Class rank set to 7 semesters? • Graduation ceremony?
