  3. Present Simple Tense Passive – Object + is/am/are + verb (3rd form) + by + subject Example: - A - He sings a song. P - A song is sung by him. A - He does not sing a song. P - A song is not sung by him. A - Does he sing a song? P - Is a song sung by him?

  4. Past Simple Tense Passive – Object + was/were + verb (3rd form) + by + subject Example: - A – I killed a snake. P – A snake was killed by me. A - I did not kill a snake. P - A snake was not killed by me. A - Did I kill a snake? P – Was a snake killed by me?

  5. Future Simple Tense Passive – Object + will/shall + be + verb (3rd form) + by + subject Example: - A – She will buy a car. P – A car will be bought by her. A - She will not buy a car. P - A car will not be bought by her. A - Will she buy a car? P – Will a car be bought by her?

  6. Present Continuous Tense Passive – Object + is/am/are + being + verb (3rd form) + by + subject Example: - A – I am writing a letter. P – A letter is being written by me. A - I am writing a letter. P - A letter is not being written by me. A – Am I writing a letter. P - Is a letter being written by me?

  7. Past Continuous Tense Passive – Object + was/were + being + verb (3rd form) + by + subject Example: - A – He was driving a car. P – A car was being driven by him. A - He was not driving a car. P - A car was not being driven by him. A – Was he driving a car? P - Was a car being driven by him?

  8. Present Perfect Tense Passive – Object + has/have + been + verb (3rd form) + by + subject Example: - A – She has finished her work. P – Her work has been finished by her. A – She has not finished her work. P – Her work has not been finished by her. A – Has shefinished her work? P – Has her work been finished by her?

  9. Past Perfect Tense Passive – Object + had + been + verb (3rd form) + by + subject Example: - A – They had completed the assignment. P – The assignment had been completed by them. A – They had not completed the assignment. P – The assignment had not been completed by them. A – Had they completed the assignment? P – Had the assignment been completed by them?

  10. Future Perfect Tense Passive – Object + shall/will + have + been + verb (3rd form) + by + subject Example: - A – You will have started the job. P – The Job will have been started by you. A – You will have not started the job. P – The Job will not have been started by you. A – will you have started the job? P – Will the job has been started by you?
