  1. Jumping By Will R.

  2. Muscular system The muscular system is used to make the bones retract and extend. Our muscles give us the strength and ability to jump into the air. Our heart is also a muscle that keeps us alive and constantly pumps our blood.

  3. Skeletal System The skeleton is used to help us stay up or else we would just be a puddle of skin. Skeletons are used for support and protection. Muscles are attached to our bones that give us stability to jump up and down. Our bones also protect our internal organs from getting hurt when we jump.

  4. Nervous System The nervous system is used to send messages from your brain to your leg muscles telling them to retract and extend to jump up and down. The nervous system controls all messages to other areas of our body and is the central point of all communication allowing coordinated movement.

  5. Cardiovascular System The Cardiovascular system is used to send fresh blood with oxygen to your body including muscles used for jumping. This same system gets rid of waste such as carbon dioxide.

  6. Respiratory system The respiratory system is made up of organs that help you breathe. It supplies oxygen to our blood that is then delivered all over our body. The respiratory system brings in new air with oxygen and refreshes the blood sending fresh blood with more oxygen back to the muscles helping us jump.

  7. Excretory System Sweating is considered apart of the Excretory system. So if you sweat while jumping you are also using your Excretory System to get rid of toxins in your body.

  8. Digestive system Food we eat gives us energy and fuels our bodies including the muscles we need to jump. Omega 3 found in fish, nuts, some eggs and some whole wheat breads can make muscles stronger allowing us to jump even higher.Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/2445131

  9. Immune System Our immune system keeps us healthy and fights viruses so that we have the energy and are healthy enough to jump and play outside. “The immune system is made up of a network of cells, tissues, and organs that work together to protect the body.” Kids Health.Org http://kidshealth.org/parent/general/body_basics/immune.html

  10. So as you can see lots of systems are used to jump
