UNIFORM • Neat & clean appearance - Business casual – • MEN: Collared dress shirt, Black dress slacks or dark blue or black jeans (no rips or tears) and Black closed-toed shoes (no tennis shoes). • WOMEN: MSNTayler Mgmt. Uniform shirt, Black dress slacks, or dark blue or black jeans (no rips or tears) and Black closed-toed shoes (no tennis shoes). A black cardigan or blazer may be worn • ABSOLUTELY NO - facial piercings, sweat jackets, UGGS, leggings or clingy tight pants, sunglasses, hats.

  3. Required Materials • Folding table. (Provide your OWN 4 or 5 ft.
folding table. NO card tables)
 • Tablecloth • Table Sign • MSNTaylerlogo’d Ice Bucket • Pre-Measured Pourers (wine &/or liquor) • Wine/Beer opener • Sample Cups • Sample Stickers • We’re Hiring cards • Any/All client specific materials (if applicable) • Required Event Documents • MSNTayler company credit card, Driver’s License, TIPS or TAM Certificate, & State License/Permit (if applicable)

  4. Event Confirmation Text • You will receive a “Confirmation Text” the morning of your event. • You MUST reply “Confirm” to (805) 666-2014. • Upon arrival, send a “Check-In Text” to (805) 666-2014 “Checking-In ; your name”

  5. Set-up Procedures • Check in with customer service - "Hello. I am here to conduct your Tasting Event” “Where would you like me to set-up?” • Get a brown paper shopping bag from check-out to use as a garbage. • Set up your display table with minimum (5) bottles per variety scheduled for sampling to be available for consumer immediate sale. • Take beginning inventory of the products scheduled to be sampled (total product available for sale within location) Inquire with manager about additional product available in the back room. You MAY NOT go into the backroom for liability purposes. • Open products scheduled. DO NOT change products/varieties without permission from MSNTayler Mgmt..

  6. WINE Sampling • Open (1) bottle of each variety of wine scheduled to be sampled • Place in the 1/2oz. pour spouts (colored yellow or orange tails) • Add a sample sticker on the front of bottle not covering label. • If needed, get ice from the seafood dept. or purchase bag ice and fill ice bucket half way • Place products/varieties that are noted “Served Chilled” on ice in the ice bucket. • Pour one sample per customer / per variety. • Get (1) photo of yourself behind the completed display table REQUIRED (see above example. Any consumer will gladly assist

LIQUOR Sampling • Open (1) bottle of each product/variety of liquor scheduled to be sampled • Place in the 1/3oz. pour spouts (clear with no color on the tails) • Add a sample sticker on the front of bottle not covering label. • If needed, get ice from the seafood dept. or purchase bag ice and fill ice bucket half way • Place products/varieties that are noted “Served Chilled” on ice in the ice bucket. • Pour one sample per customer / per variety. • Get (1) photo of yourself behind the completed display table REQUIRED (see above example. Any consumer will gladly assist

BEER/CIDER Sampling • Open (1) bottle/can of each variety of beer/cider to be sampled • Add a sample sticker on the container (6-pack); NOT individual bottles/cans • Get ice from the seafood dept. or purchase bag ice and fill ice bucket half way • Place 2-4 products/varieties on ice in the ice bucket. • Free pour samples NO MORE than 1⁄2 high in provided sample cups. • Pour one sample per customer / per variety. • Put empty bottles/cans back in the container • Get (1) photo of yourself behind the completed display table REQUIRED (see above example. Any consumer will gladly assist

Participant Logs • Invite EVERY consumer appearing 21 or older to sample • Ask them their first name & year of birth - IF they look over 40 years old • On the Participant Logs, write down their First Name, Year of Birth, Gender, # of samples you provided them, and check whether they purchased or not. • Also keep track of those that refused/declined by putting a check mark under the “Refused Column” for each person • ID those looking YOUNGER than 40 who wish to sample.

  10. Recap form • Complete the form during event

  11. During Event / Cash Out • Educate consumers on your brand • Tell them the sale price for the day • Keep track of your sales per variety (bottles that leave your table) you will • Clean up your area.
 • Remaining alcohol MUST be removed from the location. Make sure to keep the corks/caps. • Purchase the products your OPENED for sampling using your MSNTayler Visa Credit Card. No pin number needed • Remember …. Turn in your recap BEFORE 8PM EVERY Sunday
