  2. Wash you hands frequently! • Always wash your hands before and after you eat. • Always wash your hands after you use the restroom!

  3. Brush your hair! • Brush your hair everyday.You should always do it after you’ve been in the pool or ocean!

  4. Brush your teeth! • Always brush your teeth day and night. To keep your teeth clean and your breath fresh! It also makes your teeth stronger!

  5. Take a shower everyday! • Take a shower everyday to keep your body clean and healthy!

  6. Put on deodorant! • Put on deodorant everyday so you will smell good for activities for the day!

  7. Wear clean clothes! • Help your parents with the laundry!You don’t want to wear dirty clothes to school. • Take pride in your appearance!
