  2. THE INTEGRITY OF HIS HEART 1Kings 9:4 Now if you walk before Me as your father David walked, in integrity of heart and in uprightness, to do according to all that I have commanded you, and if you keep My statutes and My judgments,

  3. 1Kings 9:5 then I will establish the throne of your kingdom over Israel forever, as I promised David your father, saying, 'You shall not fail to have a man on the throne of Israel.'

  4. The Openness of his heart • Psalm 26:1-3 Vindicate me, O LORD, For I have walked in my integrity. I have also trusted in the LORD; I shall not slip. • (Psa 26:2) Examine me, O LORD, and prove me; Try my mind and my heart. • (Psa 26:3) For Your loving kindness is before my eyes, And I have walked in Your truth.

  5. The Brokenness of his heart • Psalm 51:17 • The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit, A broken and a contrite heart— These, O God, You will not despise.

  6. The Truthfulness of his heart. • Psalm 15:1 • LORD, who may abide in Your tabernacle? Who may dwell in Your holy hill? 15:2 He who walks uprightly, And works righteousness, And speaks the truth in his heart;

  7. The Holiness of his Heart • Psalm 24 ... who may stand in his holy place? back comes the answer he who has clean hands and a pure heart"

  9. THE FIDELITY OF HIS HEART • 1 KINGS 14:8 The Lord says of David • My servant David, who kept My commandments and who followed Me with all his heart, to do only what was right in My eyes;
