  5. Recommendations • Sustain critical public safety services at Harbor House by keeping crisis funding whole with $100K as recurring public safety support

  6. Recommendations • Already in progress and already funded: • Support CFOC as a new family justice center model for Central Florida - Avoid significant spending on new center • Haitian/Creole outreach & advocacy - Services will be offered through Harbor House with newly-created positions
