Workshop objective • Conclusions from the external auditing panel and the accreditation board were reason to tighten the thesis writing procedure for both HEPL and Zoma students. • Hard deadlines are in place now and students are expected to submit intermediate products. • At the same time we should ensure that the thesis is of satisfactory quality. • Tightening of the procedure in Zoma shows that success-rate may be at odds with quality. This year we will know if this holds true for HEPL as well. • Internal audit is due next year, external audit in three years. We must do better. How can we do better?
