Our Budget Issues for FY 14 • General Fund (Transp. & Library) • Expenditures exceed Revenues • Cash Burn - approximately $6M annually • Cash Reserves • Choice • Possible Solutions • Increase millage approximately 0.4 to 0.5 mills • Continue to reduce expenditures • Find additional cash reserves • Or some combination thereof
