PMRT Common Portal Environment (CPE) Rollout and Executive CCaR Decommission

Introducing the Common Portal Environment (CPE) rollout for the Acquisition Community, providing access to PMRT applications and an unlimited number of Acquisition tools. Executive CCaR functionality is being replaced by PMRT Enterprise Analytics (EA) for business intelligence and analytics with various application features. Back up CPE, All Apps, and Form Factors are available for user convenience.

Common Portal Environment (CPE) • Allows for access to all current PMRT applications as well as access to an unlimited number of Acquisition applications - a“One-Stop Shop” for Acq tools • Provides a new “look and feel” with two main pages • My Apps – displays apps the user has access to • All Apps – displays all approved Acquistion applications that have been provisioned in the CPE • Accessible using multiple form factors • Desktop • Tablet • Mobile

Common Portal Environment (CPE) • Rollout to the Acquisition Community 25 Jan 2019 • Over thirty (30+) Acquisition apps initially available • Contains the ability to provision applications • Within the next 12-15 months additional platform services will be delivered to include: • Data Access Management • Application Monitoring • Provisioning • Single Sign-On • Personalization

Executive CCaR Sunset • Executive CCaRdecommissions 31 Jan 2019 • PMRT EA is replacing Executive CCaR functionality • PMRT EA is a business intelligence (BI) and analytics tool that leverages Qlik Sense • Applications currently available within PMRT EA • War Room • Datagrids • Portfolio-level charts • Program Review Export now resides in DAPR • Training and User Guides available • https://pmrt.altess.army.mil/pmrtea-info/

  7. CPE – My Apps • My Apps • Applications are grouped by Functional and Most Recent • Applications can be added and deleted from this view • App specific help is available for each app

  8. CPE – All Apps • All Apps • Apps are grouped by Functional Category • Enter text into the Search field to narrow down the result set • Show All button expands the list of applications for the selected functional category

  9. CPE – Form Factors • CPE is built to work on multiple form-factors including desktop, tablets and smartphones

  10. PMRT EA Program Review • Program Review app replaces the Executive CCaR War Room • The app contains the same financial and programmatic data found in the Executive CCaR War Room • Data is spread out over a series of 17 sheets

  11. PMRT EA Program Data Exports • Program Data Exports App replaces the Executive CCaR datagrids • Used to export financial and programmatic data to Excel for analysis

  12. PMRT EA Portfolio Review • Portfolio Review replaces the Executive CCaR portfolio charts • Allow users to view portfolio level financial data for their programs • Five portfolio level charts are almost identical to five charts in Executive CCaR
