SWIPES

Dining pass plans are designed so that students eat the majority of their meals on campus in Market Square,

Think of them as the “backpack” of your dining plan.

Frog Bucks

“Pocket Change” that can be used on and off campus.

Campus Cash

“Pocket Change” that can only be spent on the campus.

All meal plans are available for purchase by commuter students.

Late Night Swipes

We know that students are up late and need a comfortable place to study and get a snack. So, Market Square will reopen from 10pm to midnight, Sunday through Thursday.

LATE NIGHT SWIPES ARE ONLY AVAILABLE WITH

SILVER, GOLD OR PLATINUM PLANS!

THOSE WITHOUT A SILVER, GOLD OR PLATINUM PLAN CAN PAY THE DOOR PRICE AT ENJOY MARKET SQUARE’S LATE NIGHT OFFERING.

To-Go

Another perk that comes with an unlimited plan (Silver, Gold or Platinum) is the ability to take 20 meals per semester out of Market Square. As you enter Market Square simply let the cashier know you’d like your meal to go!

slide11

Convenience Swipes

As an added benefit, students may use a convenience swipe to purchase a “breakfast and or lunch alternative” that consists of a made-fresh and pre-packages sandwich or salad, a drink, and a choice of dessert or fruit.

The Convenience Swipe option is only available at Sushi Mama’s which is located in the Smith building, on the far northeast corner of campus near the business, library, engineering and nursing schools.

After using a convenience swipe for breakfast you will have to wait 1 hour before you can swipe into Market Square. Students will have to wait at least 3 hours before they can swipe into Market Square after using a convenience swipe for lunch.

CONVENIENCE SWIPES ARE ONLY AVAILABLE WITH

SILVER, GOLD OR PLATINUM PLANS!

  • Residential students are required to purchase a dining pass plan each semester.

  • Dining Pass Plans and any funds associated with them (Frog Pass Frog Bucks and/or Frog Pass Campus Cash) are non-refundable. (Use it or lose it.)
  • Additional Campus Cash can be added to an account by having the student visit the ID Center. The funds will be added to their ID card and billed on the next billing cycle.

Decreasing Value/Balance Plans

Think of these plans as pre-paid debit cards. These plans have actual money put on them and as the money is used, the balance decreases….

13- Campus Cash

18- Frog Pass Campus Pass Cash

20- Frog Bucks

25- Frog Pass Bucks

$150.00

$0

With the exception of Campus Cash,

these plans do not appear on your monthly bill!

slide14

What money gets used first?

When your ID card is swiped on campus, this is the path the system follows to find enough money to pay for your purchase.

Frog Pass Campus Cash (non-refundable)

Frog Pass Frog Bucks (non-refundable)

Campus Cash (added outside of a meal plan and refundable)

Frog Bucks (added outside of a meal plan and refundable)

When your ID card is swiped off campus at a participating restaurant, the system follows this path:

Frog Pass Frog Bucks (non-refundable)

Frog Bucks (added outside of a meal plan and refundable)

slide15

Increasing Value/Balance Plans

Then a bill is generated and sent for payment.
