  4. Agenda 2 : Diligently conserve tiger habitats Goal : Strengthen protection of critical tiger habitats

  5. Action : Designate tiger recovery core zone in MPF through review and approval of MPF management plan Time line : management plan submit for approval by June 2013 Fund : 400,000

  6. Action : Build capacity of enforcement patrols through enforcement training and implementation of MIST/SMART in MPF Time line : Basic skill training completed by Dec 13. : Advance skill training completed by Dec 2014 Fund : 100,000

  7. Agenda 3 : Significantly enhance engaging and sharing benefit of conservation with communities Goal : Community benefits from NRM

  8. Action : Establish communities forest and other that support communities livelihood in and around TLC Time line : Establish by Dec 2014 Fund : 10,000/community

  9. Agenda 4 : Enhance and mainstream collaboration among TRCs Goal : Reduce transboundary wildlife crime

  10. Action : Set up collaboration mechanism to combat illegal transboundary activities Time line : 2 coordination meeting by Dec 2013 Fund : 50,000/meeting

  11. Agenda 5 : Support TRCs with low tiger densities to launch tiger restoration programs Goal : Identify potential sources of tiger for restoration in MFP

  12. Action : Stakeholder meeting and gov’t consultation on appropriate source of tigers Time line : Stakeholder meeting held by Dec 2013 Fund : 15,000

  13. Action : Draft restoration plan develop through team of national and international experts Time line : Draft completed by Dec 2014 Fund : 50,000

  14. Agenda 6 : Flow of national and external funds Government and partners need to discuss more about the flow of funds to support NTRP

  15. Agenda 7 : Develop a new partnership with business and industry Goal : Sustainable funding mechanism identified

  16. Action : Identify ecosystem value through mapping of goods and services provision Time line : Assessment completed by Dec 2013 Fund : 150,000

  17. Action : Develop provincial scale REDD+ pilot site in MPF/Mondulkiri Time line : Pilot mechanism draft by Dec 2014 Fund : 250,000

  18. Agenda 8 : Develop and implement comprehensive national awareness Goal : Increase public awareness on importance of and threat to tiger and their habitats

  19. Action : Target consumers of wild meat (tiger preys) through national awareness campaign Time line : Implemented by April 2013 Fund : 45,000

  20. Action : Celebrate international tiger day with event and production of media contain information on tiger Time line : Implemented by Sept 2013 Fund : 55,000
